- Ashley Nicole Greene, age 27, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was cited for cruelty to animals. She received a written promise to appear.
- Jerry Dean Arrowood, age 46, of Arlington St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
