Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of uttering, forgery of checks, possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest and failure to appear.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• Heather Jewett reported an incident of wire fraud.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An employee of Fastenal reported two incidents of breaking and entering with larceny.

Arrests

• Travis Eugene Shuping, age 34, of N. Main St. in Ellenboro, was arrested for uttering. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Garland Ray Blue, age 52, of Bugger Hollow Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for uttering and possession of methamphetamine. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
• Denise Marie Morris, age 44, of Pebblestone Lane in Rutherfordton, was arrested for forgery of checks, resisting arrest and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $3,000 secured bond.
• Brooklyn Nichole Hollifield, age 21, of Lenoir, NC, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Jennifer Angelina Alley, age 30, of Marion, NC, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Sandra Nichols Couch, age 36, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
• Brian Andrew Couch, age 34, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
• Crystal Lashelle Lattimore, age 35, of N. Broadway St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for simple assault. No bond.
